Welcome to Gujarat : Morning arrival at Ahmedabad. Meet to greet and transfer to hotel. Later visit Sidi Saiyed Mosque the solid fortified citadel, Bhadra , built of deep red stone in 1411 as Ahmedabad’s first Muslim structure. Sidi Saiyad Mosque is  best known for it’s intricate perforated stone work. The Swetambara Temple Hatheesing temple  is the best known of Ahmedabad’s many  ornate jain temples.Sabarmati Ashram was Gandhi ji’s headqquarter during the long struggle for Indian independence. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 2 – Ahmedabad – Rajkot – Jamnagar 
Lots to see: After breakfast visit Akshardham Temple that is situated in the capital city of Gandhinagar, near Ahmedabad. The magnificent temple is dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan. The complex of this temple is the largest in Gujarat.

Continue drive to Rajkot. Visit Watson Museum & Mahatma Gandhi’s home – Kaba Gandhino Delo.

Later proceed for Jamnagar. Visit Bala Hanuman Temple, known for the continuous chanting of Jai Ram, Shri Ram that is going on since 1964 and has found a place for it in the Guinness Book of World Records. Overnight stay at Jamnagar.

DAY 3 – Jamnagar – Dwarka (220 km / 4 hrs)
The city of Lord Krishna : Morning proceed for Dwarka. Visit Bhet Dwarka also known as Bhet Shankhoddar. Bhet Dwarka is only 5 kms from Okha Junction in sea and Okha is 30 kms from Dwarka. It is said to be the place where Lord Krishna lived with his family when he ruled at Dwarka. It is also the place where Vishnu slew the demon Shankhasura.

Also see Nageswar Mahadev, a shiva shrine, Rukmani Temple – Temple of Lord Krihsna’s wife. Attend evening Aarti Darshan at Dwarkadhish Temple – Temple of Lord Krishna. Overnight stay at Dwarka.

DAY 4 – Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath 
The birth place of gandhi ji : Morning proceed to Porabandar(130 Kms). Visit Kirti temple, the house & birth place of Mahatma Gandhi. In the back side is house of Kasturba, wife of Gandhi ji . Later visit of Sudama temple & then drive to Somnath, evening aarti & darshan at Somnath Temple – A lord shiva temple known as Jyotirling built by Moon God. Enjoy light and sounding Show. Over night stay at Somnath.

DAY 5 – Somnath – Diu 
Island of Gujarat: Attend again Aarti Darshan at Somnath Temple.

Later proceed for Diu. The tiny island of Diu, situated off the southern tip of the Saurashtra (Kathiawad) peninsula of Gujarat, lapped by the Arabian Sea, is a paradise on Earth.Visit Diu Fort & beach, St.Paul Church founded by Jesuits, Diu Museum which has a collection of wooden carving, idols, shadow clocks & so many other items.Over night stay at Diu.

DAY 6 – Diu – Sasangir
Lion’s land : After breakfast drive to Sasangir. Enjoy Evening safari at Gir National Park. Sasan Gir is only place in world outside African continent where lion can be seen in its natural habitat. The second most commonly found predator in the Gir is Leopard. Over night stay at Sasangir.

DAY 7 – Sasangir – Junagadh – Ahmedabad
Tour ends : Morning drive to Ahmedabad. Enroute visit Junagadh to see UPERKOT FORT, Ashokan Edicts, Mahabat Maqbara.

On arrival at Ahmedabad you will be transfered to Ahmedabad Airport / Railway station.
