Magnificent sightseeing of Rajasthan We were invited to a wedding in Jaipur and wanted to combine it with visiting the highlights of Rajasthan. I was concerned with our safety as I would be travelling with my 2 children yet without my husband. My daughter being blond, I knew we would be attracting some attention. I needn't have worried. Ashoka Holidays arranged a perfect yet intense itinerary around the 2 days of the wedding. I was promissed their best driver and they came through on that promise. Our 11 days trip took us from New Delhi to Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur. We stayed at excellent hotels, all selected by Ashoka Holidays. At each location we were assigned a guide for the day. All were very knowledgable and spoke perfect English. During our trip both my children dropped ill and needed medical assistance. Our contact at Ashoka Holidays, Ajay, followed up daily with our driver, Chain Singh, and with me to check whether everything was ok and whether he could provide assistance. Our driver was a true gem. He showed us some well hidden places to eat and shop at excellent quality yet at very low prices. He never lost his patience with us although I think we were 15 min late every morning. We were all so tired from the flight from Europe and then being ill so most of the time he had 3 sleeping passengers in his car. I just could not help it. His driving style was so steady that it immediately rocked us to sleep. Visting Rajasthan was an unforgettable experience for us yet made possible only thanks to the professionalism of both Ajay and Chain Singh our driver. Thank you so much both 🥰
