Day 1 – Paro

Welcome to the Land of the Thunder Dragon
Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you’ll be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel.
There are no planned activities today, giving you time to relax and soak in the serene Bhutanese atmosphere.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 – Paro

A Historic Valley
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Paro. Visit the National Museum to see a remarkable collection of thangkas and religious artifacts.
Explore Drukgyel Dzong, a 17th-century fortress, and marvel at the iconic Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), dramatically perched on a cliff 900 meters above the Paro Valley. End the day at the sacred Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 – Paro to Thimphu (65 km / 2 hrs)

Youthful & Exuberant Capital of Bhutan
After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s charming capital. Visit Dechen Phodrang Monastery, the National Memorial Chorten, and Trashichho Dzong—home to the throne room of the King, national assembly, and key government offices.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Thimphu.

Day 4 – Thimphu to Punakha (77 km / 2.5 hrs) and Return

Erstwhile Capital of Bhutan
Enjoy a day excursion to Punakha, a lush valley once the capital of Bhutan. Punakha’s subtropical climate makes it ideal for growing fruits, grains, and vegetables.
Visit the majestic Punakha Dzong at the confluence of two rivers, and later return to Thimphu for overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 – Thimphu to Paro (65 km / 2 hrs)

Go Shopping
After breakfast, enjoy shopping at Thimphu’s vibrant Centenary Farmer’s Market—ideal for local handicrafts and organic produce. If time permits, visit the National Textile Museum to explore Bhutan’s rich weaving traditions.
Later, drive back to Paro. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 – Paro

Tour Ends
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Paro Airport for your onward journey, carrying memories of Bhutan’s serene beauty and spiritual richness.
